Our mirror-silvering production line adopts a chemical method for the spraying process on glass surface with sensitive layer(Palladium layer), silver Layer, copperlayer(Passivation layer),then paint with one ortwo layers of paint.In this productionlinethe glass is cleaned at the beginning and atthe end.Plated with silver and copper,painted, and heat-treated ; theseprocessesoccur in one sequence. The products thatare produced can be immediately packed.The entire production line is PLCcontrolled;you can select Pro-interface or a computerto monitor.All key components are readilyavailable to produce High gradesilver mirror(Environmental protection mirror).
