Features:
1. Loading stage We can supply roller belt for manual loading or automatic loading system.
2. Entrance washing machine To achieve high-quality coating characteristic of high firmness, non-pinholes, uniformity and gaily-colouredness, the washing machine is set with the following performances as two vertical washings, three washings by roller brushes, two washings by running water, two washings by DI water and drying by four windblades, capable to make the glass surface specially clean.
3. Entrance waiting chamber The washed glass sheet is stored in this chamber, waiting for the given message to accept it from the entrance locking chamber. This chamber keeps just very little normal pressure to prevent the dust from entering.
4. Entrance locking chamber The glass sheet is conveyed into the locking chamber rapidly and this chamber is then pumped to 1 Pa by a high-speed vacuum.
5. Entrance buffering chamber This chamber is transmission between Entrance locking chamber and Sputtering chamber, the vacuumness in this chamber is about 1Pa to 10-5 Pa
6. Sputtering chamber This chamber is divided into many sub-chambers with the same structure, each chamber equipped with one targets, and the sub-chambers are well separated by inert gass. According to different techincs requirements, the target materials and the inert gass can be changed at will. When glass sheet travels through the target, it will be coated into single layer or multiple layer.
7. Exit buffering chamber The finished glass sheet will be quickly transmitted into the exit locking chamber from the buffering chamber.
8. Exit locking chamber When the vacuum reaches over 1Pa,the valve between the buffering chamber and locking chamber will be opened, and the glass sheet will be rapidly transported into the locking chamber. After the automatic valve closing. This chamber will be quickly filled with air to 10.When the valve between the licking chamber and unloading waiting table, glass sheet will be quickly sent out.
9. Exit waiting chamber Glass sheet waits here to enter the exit washing machine.
10. On-line detection chamber Use set of optical direction system and a set of illuminant system to test on line the transmissivity and reflectivity of the coated glass.
11. Unloading stage Manual unloading mechanism and automatic unloading device are available.
12. Magnetically controlled sputtering power Employ advanced power technology to stablise the sputtering course featured by automatic protection and automatic return.
13. Electrical control system To control and display dynamically all the important technics parameters by two computers and PLC system. Having an alarming indicator and inventory printing. The multiple optical detection device are all on line with computers. Capable of detecting the colour and coat thickness automatically.
