High Vacuum Convolution Coating Machine

DJ Series and DZ Series High Vacuum Convolution Coating Machine is based on our
previous Convolution Coating Machine with developing technology.

Features:

1 .Equipped with good quality pump, pumping speed is fast; Adopts PLC for control together with touch-screen.

2.Accurately convolution system to be adjusted through frequency inverter. High speed and stable operation; No scratch to raw film, no goffer; No shining or dark stria, even endface.

3.Tensile force is controlled by a imported tensile force control system, it has the fetures of constant tensil force, constant speed, high sensitivity, rapid response. It has the functions of automatic test for tensile force, automatic closed loop feedback, digital pre-set for tensile force, digital display for tensile force, automatic adjustment for taper, automatic protection
for film breaking.

4.It adopts high-power supplier, it has high efficiency and even coating film.

5.Every group of transmitting wire can be controlled separately or totally.

6.DZ series is for coating thin plastic film.

7.DJ series is for coating sun-control film, low radiation film, soft ITO film.

8.Plan magnetron sputtering cathode: 5-7 pcs
